REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Neutriherbs Ghana, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in offering original, high-quality skincare products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products damaged after delivery

Change of mind after opening the product

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (see Section 6)

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is:

Damaged

Leaking

Expired

Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the product

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

  1. Refund Process If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Mobile Money or other approved method)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the error was caused by us

  1. Exchanges We only offer exchanges for:

Defective products

Wrong items delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Neutriherbs Ghana will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is approved for any other valid reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping

Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid further damage.

  1. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity Individual skin reactions vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Skin irritation

Allergic reactions

Product dissatisfaction after use

If you experience a severe reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

  1. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

Opened skincare products

Promotional or discounted items

Free gifts

Clearance items

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
