  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to market fluctuations or promotional updates.

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate; however, actual packaging may vary slightly.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability in our Accra warehouse.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Mobile Money (MoMo), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) specifically for verified addresses within the Greater Accra Region.

  • Verification: For high-value orders or regional deliveries (outside Accra), full payment is required before the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our delivery processes are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

  • We offer same-day delivery in Accra for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

  • While we aim for timely delivery, Neutriherbs Ghana is not liable for delays caused by third-party dispatch riders or intercity transport services.

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery only if the product remains sealed in its original packaging.

  • Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt with photo evidence to qualify for an exchange.
